1972 NBA Finals: LA Lakers vs. New York Knicks

Watch Jerry West and Wilt Finally win a championship after so many times falling short in the finals.  This is the first championship of the Los Angeles Lakers after the Mikan era, with Wilt as the superstar of the team and the captain. Wilt wasn’t quite the same player of the 60′s, he is more slow and he almost doesn’t shoot to the basket, but he did an awesome 5th game with at less 24 points 14 or 15 rebounds and more than 5 blocks and assist; it’s not a joke, just watch the complete game and you will see the stats showed during the game: he is the best scorer in this game and he was finally the MVP of the Finals (the only time in his career) and, of course, the NBA champion.
